There is more than one way to help.
A handful of containers, a small donation, a business contribution or a useful introduction can all move the program forward.
Donate funds
Use PayID, transfer through internet banking or deposit over the counter at any Bendigo Bank branch.

Take your eligible containers to a WA refund point and donate the refund directly to WAssup using our Scheme ID. Every container adds to the program total.

Why does the name S D BIBBY appear? WAssup Community Services is currently operated by Scott Bibby as a sole trader, so the bank displays his legal account name.
WAssup is not currently a registered charity. Donations are therefore not tax deductible.
Larger contributions
Fund or part-fund a speaker.
Individuals, businesses and community organisations can contribute towards part or all of a portable speaker-and-microphone kit.
Equipment prices and delivery costs can change, so contact WAssup for the current commercial cost before planning a complete sponsorship.

Bring people together
Start a container collection.
A collection can be as simple as a labelled bin in a workplace, school, club or shared community space.

Nominate a WA organisation
You can introduce WAssup to a youth or community organisation that could genuinely use a portable speaker-and-microphone kit. A nomination is the beginning of a conversation and does not automatically guarantee a speaker.
Potential recipients should:
- Work directly with young people or the broader community
- Have a genuine and regular use for the equipment
- Store, care for and manage the kit responsibly
- Make it available to the people it is intended to support
- Respect child safety, privacy and cultural protocols
Every recipient must pass the WAssup cupboard test: the equipment should be used, not left sitting idle.

You may know the person, business or community group that helps fund the next speaker. A simple introduction or shared update can make that connection happen.

Where will my contribution go?
Contributions to the 108 Speakers Program help fund portable JBL speaker-and-microphone kits, delivery and reasonable costs directly connected with getting the equipment to recipient organisations. WAssup reports publicly on fundraising, purchases and deliveries.
Are donations tax deductible?
No. WAssup Community Services is not currently a registered charity, so donations are not tax deductible.
Can I choose which recipient receives my support?
Contact WAssup before donating if you want to discuss supporting a particular confirmed recipient. Any arrangement must remain practical, transparent and consistent with the program's delivery planning.
Will sponsors be publicly recognised?
Recognition is optional. WAssup will agree on any public acknowledgement with the supporter and the recipient organisation before publishing it.
How are recipient organisations selected?
WAssup looks for organisations with a genuine use for the equipment, responsible storage and management, and a commitment to making it available to the people it is intended to support. Recipients must pass the cupboard test.
Are recipients required to provide photographs?
No. Photographs, video and public recognition are never more important than child safety, privacy, consent or cultural protocols. Publicity is permission-based.
What about the three speakers delivered before this program?
Earlier speakers delivered to Fitzroy Crossing, Denmark and Northam proved the concept. They were provided before the official 108 Speakers Program began and are kept separate from the 108 delivery tally.
