Direct contact

No switchboard. No maze.

WAssup is a small, founder-run initiative. Your message goes directly to Scott Bibby, the person coordinating the work.

Email wassup@wassup.au

Email is usually the best option, especially when you need to include details or links.

Telephone 0491 756 664

If the call is not answered, please leave a voicemail or send an email.

A human response, not an automated one.

Scott personally reads and responds to enquiries. Replies may not always be immediate, but genuine enquiries will be treated with care.

Help us understand your enquiry

A few useful details go a long way.

You do not need to write a formal proposal. A short, clear email is enough to begin.

Please include, where relevant:

  • Your name and organisation
  • Your town or community
  • The best way to contact you
  • What you are proposing or asking
  • Any timing, delivery or access considerations

Nominating a recipient

Tell us why the speaker would be used.

A nomination does not automatically guarantee a speaker. WAssup speaks with the organisation and checks that the equipment is wanted, can be stored safely and will be regularly available to the people it is intended to support.

Helpful nomination information

  • The organisation’s full name and location
  • A suitable staff or community contact
  • Who the organisation works with
  • How it would use a speaker and two microphones
  • How the equipment would be stored, managed and shared

Privacy and safety

Please do not email sensitive information.

An initial enquiry should contain only what WAssup needs to understand and respond to your message. Please do not send:

  • banking passwords, card numbers or verification codes
  • copies of identity documents or detailed health records
  • private information identifying a child or young person
  • confidential case notes or information you do not have permission to share

WAssup will never ask for your banking password or a one-time security code. Official donation methods are published on the Get Involved page.
